("Veracious," "we," "our," or "us"), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario, governing your access to and use of the website located at veraciousdevelopments.com (the "Site") and all content, features, and services made available through the Site. By accessing or using the Site in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Site.
Veracious reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Amendments will be effective upon posting to the Site. The Site and its contents are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use and for the purpose of obtaining information about Veracious, its communities, and its homes. You are permitted to browse the Site, download content for personal reference, and submit inquiries using forms provided on the Site, subject to these Terms. Any other use of the Site or its contents requires the prior written consent of Veracious.

C-42, the Trade-marks Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. T-13, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any intellectual property displayed on the Site without the express prior written consent of Veracious or the applicable rights holder.
All renderings, floor plans, photographs, site plans, and other visual representations of homes and communities displayed on this Site are artistic representations for illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute a representation, warranty, or guarantee of the final appearance, layout, dimensions, specifications, features, finishes, or landscaping of any home or community. Actual homes may differ materially from renderings shown. The governing terms of any home purchase are exclusively set out in the applicable Agreement of Purchase and Sale. Prospective purchasers are advised to review all documentation carefully and seek independent legal advice prior to executing any agreement.
The content of this Site does not constitute an offer to sell, a solicitation to purchase, or a binding commitment of any kind. Pricing, availability, specifications, and community information are subject to change without notice. Availability of any home or lot is subject to confirmation and execution of a formal agreement. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Veracious with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
